the process for
hypnosis sessions

WRITE YOUR QUESTIONS

You will be asked to bring a list of your top 3-5 questions to your session that you would like to have answered by your Higher Self. The fewer you ask, the more time we can spend with each one.

Your Higher Self knows everything about you, so these questions can span across health issues, to relationships, career, spiritual/mystical experiences, recurring dreams, and beyond.

If you can’t decide what to ask, that’s OK. We can discuss it during your session. Often, the Higher Self will also answer questions you didn’t even think to ask!

Preparation

These sessions usually take around 4-5 hours. Plan on scheduling your session for a day when you can be fully present to focus on yourself and nothing else. I would not recommend planning anything too wild for the rest of your day after the session, such as running errands or other work, so you can have some quiet time to reflect afterward. It is fine to return to your normal routine the next day.

Other than limiting caffeine, the only thing you need to do is come with an open mind. There is no need to be nervous. Your session will be everything it is meant to be!

on the day

In the first 1-2 hours, I’ll start by getting to know you and discussing what we will be seeking to find out through hypnosis. We’ll talk about your soul’s journey so far, go over your questions, and make sure you’re fully comfortable.

The final 2-3 hours will be for the hypnosis experience itself. While laying down on your back, it will be very similar to listening to a guided meditation as you close your eyes and trust that whatever comes through is in your highest good. We’ll begin with some relaxation and visualization practices, and then, your only job is to tell me what you see, feel, and sense and let the magic unfold. ✨
